Free Online Future Self Hypnotherapy: July 30th

This month we will be targeting physical health issues. Group session will be held via Zoom (see below for times/dates).

Our body stores memory of all our experiences, past trauma etc. By gaining access to these memories we can release the energy held in certain parts of our body and release it to restore our health to wellness.

Thoughts and emotions (from trauma or earlier experiences) are capable of creating wellness or dis-ease in our bodies. In this session we will tune in to uncover (and release) this information causing physical issues at this time.
