The Divine State of Idaho

Idaho was the 44th State to incorporate on July 3rd, 1890. This State joins its few siblings carrying the Universal 1 energy! The 1 States are interesting to me because they carry the blueprint of initiative, innovation and pioneering in industries or change. Those that live upon this land can harness the 1 energy to truly begin new cycles of their lives, go for their dreams and be courageous in their actions.
Idaho has its Sun and Chiron in Cancer, giving it a natural "cozy" and "homy" vibe that many may feel called to. There is a sense of home here, yet the wound shows that there is a struggle with nurturing, feeling safe, and possibly wounded family lineages. With Jupiter currently transiting Cancer until 2026, there will be a call for this land and collective to embrace their deep sense of love, belonging and feeling. Idaho also has its Moon in Capricorn, which gives it a stable and ambition drive to achieve great things, build legacies, and to work hard.
Idaho has a Gemini stellium with its Mercury, Neptune, Gemini and the North Node in the sign of the twins! Gemini has a huge tie to communication, information and industries like media and tourism. Its no wonder that one of the largest industries here is tourism which attracts over 20 million a year. With Uranus currently transiting Gemini, there will be a huge boom to this state and also a catalyst for the collective here to dive into new creative outlets, innovative communications and likely a spike in yearly tourists!
With its Venus in Leo, there is a warm and love of life here that the collective can feel. The name Idaho originated from a Native American language which means "gem of the mountain" or "sun comes from the mountains." Both of these translations give meaning to the Venus in Leo who is ruled by the Sun and loves to shine just like a gem or diamond. However, its Mars in Scorpio tells us there is an underlying intensity here. Mars in Scorpio has a depth and emotional stamina that is rare to find, and those upon this land may feel they can handle alot of pressure, trauma, and emotional turmoil. There can also be things that are very hidden and lie in the shadows. It's ironic that this State hosts "Hells Canyon", the deepest river gorge in North America !
Finally, Idaho has its Jupiter in Aquarius and Saturn in Virgo, creating a love of community and embracing the authenticity of the land and collective, but can suffer from stress, overworking or scatteredness. With Pluto transiting through Aquarius, this Jupiter is being activated and many may feel called to this land to embrace a unique way of life that is outside the norm. New Earth communities may pop up here as well. With the South Node transiting Virgo, there is a call to release over analyzation (which is exacerbated by the Gemini stellium), and lean into the grounded and intuitive energy that lies here.
