The Divine State of Kansas

Kansas was the 35th State to incorporate into the US on January 29th, 1861. This is another State carrying the Universal 1 Energy, making it a land filled with opportunities, initiative, and leading the way in the New Earth transition. The year of 2026 will be a Universal 1 year, so the States carrying this blueprint will be highly activated. This includes Kansas, Virginia, Louisiana, Michigan, Wisconsin, Idaho, and Alaska.
Kansas is known as the "Sunflower State", giving it a sunny and positive energy! Kansas has an Aquarius stellium with its Sun, Mercury and Chiron in this sign. With Pluto's current transit of Aquarius, this land us undergoing a huge transformational process. The Aquarian energy calls for New Earth ways of community, building, innovating and creating. We can see how Kansas has anchored in many of the qualities of Aquarius such as equality and humanitarianism, as it was the first state to ratify the 15th Amendment, and Amelia Earheart was the first woman to be granted a pilot's license in this State! With Chiron in Aquarius, there is a wound around connecting with others and forming solid communities. We can see this with the "ghost towns" of Kansas, as over 90% of rural towns here have less than 3,000 residents.
Kansas also has its Moon and Jupiter in Virgo, giving it the gift of agriculture, crops, and a beautiful relationship with holistic living. Virgo also seeks cleansing, healing and a natural way of life. Kansas is a leading state of agriculture, and the largest natural gas field in the country. With the South Node currently transiting in Virgo, there may be some cleansing and purification coming to this land and its collective. I also would anticipate this land to become a pioneer of New Earth agriculture, growing methods, and innovative technology in terms of land and food production.
Kansas has Venus + the North Node in Capricorn, making it additionally aligned with land, production, and also prosperity. This collective is meant to lead the way in terms of business, divine structure, and new ways of creating prosperity. This land produced some of the most famous businesses and products in the country including the Icee, Pizza Hut, and White Castle.
With Mars in Aries and Jupiter in Leo, there is a sense of adventure here. A fiery optimism of unlimited potential, opportunity and passion. In 2026, Jupiter will enter Leo and this land will have its Jupiter Return. I believe this land is filled with potential and fertile magic that has been unharnessed or unacknowledged. This may be one of the prime locations for New Earth communities as it welcomes and opens its arms to new souls who seek to align with the beauty of this land. With its Mercury in Aquarius, it aligns with its siblings as a prime location for First Contact.
Kansas is entering an interesting period, with its Uranus in Gemini, Neptune in Pisces and Pluto in Taurus. This land just ended its Neptune return from 2011-2025, where there was a strong pulse of awakening and ripples of consciousness. There could easily be confusion or illusion here that must be broken through. Uranus has not entered Gemini on 7/7, beginning this land's Uranus Return. There will be great change here and the collective must align with the present moment of now, embracing radical and rapid changes and catalysts. With Pluto in Taurus, we see an underlying transformation process that has to do with the energies of prosperity, abundance, lack, unworthiness and weather/land events. Kansas has experienced tragedies such as the 1935 Dust Bowl, the Great Flood of 1951, and the Ice Storm of 2007.
While Uranus was transiting Taurus, there was many catalysts to trigger the transformation of lack and unworthiness for this collective. Those who live upon this land or those who are called here must tap into the natural abundance and prosperity of the land. Many may be drawn here over the next few years to begin new communities, pioneer new industries and innovations in agriculture, growing, and business building.
