The Divine State of Michigan

Michigan was the 27th State to be incorporated on January 26th, 1837. This State was one of a few carrying the Universal 1 Energy! This land holds great opportunity for fresh starts, new beginnings, and the initiation of new projects and journeys. Those that reside here will benefit from the 1's energy which calls for boldness, leaps of faith, and the pioneering of new ways.
Michigan is another State which has a tripple Aquarius energy! It has its Sun, Mercury and Neptune in this sign which are all being activated by Pluto's transit through Aquarius. I have noticed the States, including Massachusetts, Vermont and Ohio who all have Mercury in Aquarius, tend to be locations where many UFO's and Galactic Sightings occur. There are many in this area, especially near the Great Lakes, who have had many galactic interactions, and these may be areas primed for First Contact. With Pluto's activations on these placements, there is a call for a huge transformation of consciousness here. The New Earth paradigm will very much be flowing through these lands and those that reside there will be part of the pioneering of the new transition.
Michigan is the only State to have its Moon in Libra ! This gives it a special and unique energy that calls for a focus on the balance and well being of the population in terms of harmony, cooperation and relationships. This is a great place to work with others in collaboration, community and organizations. There is a strong sense of justice and peace here that really permeates the land. It also has its Venus in Capricorn, giving it a strong sense of hard work and a love of building. This ties into its North Node in Taurus, which entails a destiny of prosperity, abundance and stability. It is no wonder this place was the birthplace of the Automotive industry. There is great opportunity here for those that seek to build the New Earth and New Paradigm, to become successful and abundant here.
Michigan also has both its Mars and Jupiter in Leo, making it a lighthouse of joy, creativity and overall a warm and welcoming energy! This is the place to be authentic and bold, and to shine bright in who you are. Jupiter will enter Leo in the summer of 2026, which may call may new residents to this land, and collective here will feel inspired and creative in new paths of co-creation and ways of being.
The one interesting part of Michigan's chart, is that is has its Saturn in Scorpio. This tells me that underneath the joy, prosperity and overall light hearted energy here, there is a denial or struggle to address the real pain and trauma of this land and collective. Some of the dark history of Michigan lies in lore and myth about pirates and gold mining on the Great Lakes, as well as a sordid past of boarding schools which forced Native American children into speaking English and abandoning their native culture. The State created the Michigan Trauma Commission in the year 2000 shows that this collective sought to address is long buried traumas. For those who live upon this land, it would be urged to do clearings regarding some of these past events, and actively engaging in trauma and shadow work.
Tragedies such as the crisis of water in Flint, Michigan and Grand Rapids, Michigan, occurred while Neptune was in Pisces, triggering Michigans natal Uranus in Pisces which results in sudden crises' around water. Those who are called here or reside here may work with the waters of this land to purify, cleanse and reverse the poisoning that has been done.
Michigan also has both Pluto in Aries and Chiron in Gemini, like its sibling of Arkansas. With Uranus moving into Gemini on 7/7, wounds around communication, mental stress, and learning may be triggered for transformation. Sudden and hidden information may be revealed as well that must be addressed. As Saturn, Neptune and Chiron transit Aries, all States holding Pluto in Aries are due for a karmic reckoning to heal and transform histories of violence, war, and aggression. There may been many atrocities here including the Black Legion Attacks, and homicides mostly occurring in Detroit, which has some of the highest crime rates in the country. Lightworkers here may help assist with clearing these energies through peace, stability and forgiveness.
