The Divine State of Missouri

Missouri was the 25th State to incorporate into the US on August 10th, 1821. Here, we have another 3 vibrational state which encourages a more fast-paced life, filled with learning, communication and versatility. Creativity is a hallmark of the 3 energy, and we see famous writers coming from this land such as Mark Twain.

Missouri is one of only 4 states carrying a Leo Sun, making this a beautiful bold, creative and expressive land! Missouri also has its Mercury in Leo, giving it an incredible talent for music and art. This land is known for its creativity through music such as the blues, jazz, country and bluegrass. The Ozarks are also famous for the folk music and festivals! We once again have a very common similarity here with both Tennessee and Louisiana, as Missouri has its Mars in Gemini. As Uranus prepares to enter Gemini on 7/7, we will see a burst of creative energy coming through the lands carrying the Gemini archetype, creating new forms of music and art and entertainment. In the Summer of 2026, Jupiter will enter Leo, lighting up this lands bold and beautiful energy!

This State also carries a Moon in Capricorn, which lends its hand to the somewhat melancholy energy that also exists in the background. Moon in Capricorn urges hard work, grit and perseverance, but is well balanced out by the Leo energy. Along with its Venus in Virgo, and Jupiter in Taurus, this grounded and practical energy permeates the collective here. It's about the simple nature of life, service to others, and abundance for all. It is interesting that this land is known as the "Cave State" with over 6,400 caves in the area. This is an example of the natural beauty that comes with the Earth elements. This state's motto is the "show me state", which perfectly exemplifies its no nonsense approach to life.

This is another State that has its Saturn in Aries along with its Chiron. There are karmic wounds around violence and empowerment here, with a long history of violent fueds especially during the Civil War. There is also a long history of high imprisonment within this state. Missouri is now going through both its Saturn return which began in May of 2025, and its Chiron return which began in May of 2018. For those living upon this land, there is a need to cleanse the energies of conflict, rage, and violence and replace with peace and prosperity which is the natural energy of this land.

Missouri also has its North Node and Pluto in Pisces. This land is going through its Nodal Return which will assist in transforming any deep layers of unconscious energy that lies here, while also addressing any forms of delusion, escapism, or general disconnect.
