The Divine "State" of Washington DC

Although Washington DC is not technically considered one of the 50 States, it is actually its own incorporated land, setting it apart and separate from all other states. This "State" also carries such a correlation to the United States as a whole, as it is our Capitol and harnesses much of the energy of our current government and systems.
DC was founded on July 16th, 1790, making it a vibrational 4 energy. What is very fascinating is that it is the only "state" other than Colorado who carries the 4 energy. The 4 is the foundation, the home, the Mother, the stability of the other numbers. The 4 can also be deeply misused and become controlling, corrupt, and disrupt the proper foundations.
DC has its Sun, Mercury and Chiron in Cancer, giving it a similar blueprint to the US as a whole. The original blueprint and intention of this land was to be the cornerstone, the "home" of our Country and to represent the best interests and care for the rest of this land. We can see how deeply this land has gone against its own blueprint. To return to its highest alignment, DC must embrace the Mother energies and truly become leaders of the heart, caring for all who live in this Country. Embodying compassion, community, and empathy.
DC also has its Moon, Mars and Jupiter in Virgo, which is a very interesting combination with Cancer. With the South Node currently transiting Virgo until mid 2026, there is a karmic cleansing happening here. Virgo is great at keeping things organized, in flow, precise and simplified. Our government is anything but that, and instead, has become convoluted, complicated, and confused. There must be a cosmic re-organization here, and what is no longer serving will be removed. There may also be some type of health and wellness crisis here, as those who live upon this land must transmute this energy through their bodies. For those who live upon this land, it would be beneficial to practice cleansing and purification ceremonies to assist with this process.
DC also has its Venus in Gemini, giving it that fast-paced and information obsessed energy. Both Gemini and Virgo are ruled by Mercury, so this helps us understand why the majority of information and media comes out of this land, and why it has been so manipulated. With Uranus entering Gemini on 7/7, we can anticipate a huge change to the information and media coming out of here! There may just be a wild media scandal at play .... not to mention this is the final state to have Pluto in Aquarius, so the Pluto Return energy will push huge transformations in these parts.
DC has Saturn in Aries and is currently undergoing its Saturn Return. The karma of so much violence, wars, and domination to the world coming out of this particular land will have to be reckoned for. The lesson will be learned that arrogance has a price. When we look at its North Node in Scorpio, we see that this particular land is destined to transform some heavy and dark energy. Those who live in DC can assist with this by anchoring in massive amounts of light, and actively doing shadow work. My guess is that DC will be dissolved eventually and be re-incorporated to a surrounding state.
